Supported living is a person-centred approach to care and support to people as part of the support that they need to live in their own homes. The personal care is provided under a separate contractual arrangement to those for the person's housing. The accommodation is often shared, usually as a small group, but can be single household.
Our Supported living service provides a safe, nurturing, and homely environment where individuals can live as independently as possible. We work collaboratively to create personalised care and support plans that encourage independence and enhance quality of life, whether at home or within a community setting. Our team is available to provide assistance with daily living tasks, personal care, medication management, health & well-being and social engagement.
